A whole new Program to foster and develop a European Judicial Common Consciousness will be inaugurated in Rome at the Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura.
The Program has been entitled ‘European Gaius‘ with an explicit reference to Monateri’s path breaking article of 2000 Black Gaius, questioning and restructuring the basis of the Western Legal Tradition
